Deep Ellum- Dallas, TX
In the heart of Dallas, this neighborhood has a lot of artistic character. Outdoor wall murals, weathered buildings, and neat little alleyways are just a few of the things that make this such a great spot. If you want that artsy, coffee-shop vibe, then this is the perfect location for you. 

Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge- Dallas, TX
Catch the best view of the Dallas skyline and the amazing Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Railroad tracks seem to go forever looking west, perfect for sunrise or sunset shoots. This is a postcard-shot view of the entire Dallas skyline. There is usually a lot of tall grass, as well as some neat spots covered in large rocks underneath the bridge. When it's rained, there is also a creek that flows below. 

"Graffiti Warehouse"- Dallas, TX
If you are wanting something more industrial, the "graffiti warehouse" (what I decided to call it), is absolutely incredible. It is an old warehouse in west Dallas that is covered in colorful graffiti from top to bottom.  It's actually a legal graffiti tag spot, so it looks completely different every coupe of days. It's layers and layers of people's artwork, it's pretty special! It's also got rusty chain-link fences and a lot of urban character. 

The Dallas Arboretum- Dallas, TX
If you wanting something more natural for your Senior Pictures, the Dallas Arboretum is Dallas' #1 attraction for a reason. It's rich array of foliage, exotic flowers, and themed gardens are some of the most picturesque in Texas. Winding pathways and streams curve through 66-acres of beautiful landscape. Natural rocks, benches, waterfalls, and bridges are abundant and great for outdoor Senior Photos. Open 9am-5pm (We cover your parking and entry into the gardens).

White Rock Lake- Dallas, TX
This location is one of my favorite spots at sunset at any time of year, and during the fall this area catches fire with colorful fall leaves. There are several fishing docks, a big bridge, tall grass, worn pathways, and plenty of trees and rocks. When we shoot on the east side of White Rock at sunset, we can catch a mirror reflection of the sky in the water and create some creamy, dreamy backgrounds. I've even had Seniors jump in the lake in a dress, getting some truly fun and unique Senior Portraits. 

Prairie Creek Park- Richardson, TX
Located right off of 75 in Richardson, this little best-kept secret is a really great location anytime of year, but is exceptionally beautiful during the spring. There's a nice wrought-iron and wooden bridge, pathways, big grassy areas, and waterfalls that are big enough to be impressive, but shallow enough for you to get in and take some really fun photos.

Lakeside Park- Highland Park, TX
Set in Highland Park, this park has a newer, upscale vibe. It was designed by the same guy who developed Beverly Hills! A beautiful lily pond, a long wooden bridge, and stone pathways and stairs create a lot of elegant spots to shoot. There are also waterfalls here, more in the distance. 

Rockwall Harbor- Rockwall, TX
Sitting on Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall Harbor is about 25 minutes east of downtown Dallas. We can shoot there anytime of day, but this location shines at sunset. This area has an upscale energy with newer buildings with big reflective windows, serene wooden docks, and even a working lighthouse. During the summer evenings there are fountains that jump and light up as different colors. 

Fair Park- State Fair of Texas (seasonal)- Dallas, TX
The State Fair of Texas, located in downtown Dallas, is a great place for fun, playful senior pictures. Grab your balloons and cotton candy and let's hit the rides! From the top of the Texas Star to the bumper cars, there are tons of places to have fun and get great Senior Portraits.

Winspear Opera House- Dallas, TX
It's actually what's around the opera house that we use for photos! There is a reflection pool that's only a quarter-inch deep, so we can create some fun, creative images in the water without risking your clothing. It looks like you're walking on water! There are also tons of buildings and streets that scream "Dallas". At night, the area comes to life with lights, making this a favorite location for shooting your Senior Portraits after dark.

The West End, Dallas, TX
The West End in Dallas is great for an a little more of an older city vibe. Some brick roads, historical buildings with worn brick and peeling paint, it's got a lot of patina. I love this location at sunset, because it's the last part of the city to get sunlight. It fills up and everything glows and takes on an ethereal look. It's a very classic-looking and traditional Senior Portrait location in Dallas.

American Beauty Mill- Dallas, TX
This urban, Dallas Senior Portrait location is perfect if you're wanting something more run-down and vintage. It used to be a Dallas flour mill but has been retrofitted into lofts. A lot of the character from the mill has been preserved, expect to find rusty metal stairs, worn brick, vintage elevators, old pieces of equipment from the flour mill, and even a rooftop view that overlooks the Dallas skyline.
